• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Non-returnable Items:
  • Opened or used tea products.
  • Custom or special orders.
  • Items marked as final sale.

💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

⚠ Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
